- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband called to pick up a script I had asked for and paid for on-line. When he stated his reason for being there thewoman at reception asked quite abruptly 'And who are you?" Now I realise some proof of identity must be necessary in these situations but there is such a thing as courtesy and politeness. The question could have been phrased in several different pleasant ways.The reception area was empty of patients at the time so rudeness due to pressure of work, which is not allowable anyway, cannot be held to blame.
